• Design and implement the ledger
  • Draft ledger data structure design
  • Reference implementation(validation, append, read, sign, exchange)
• Cooperate with local communities, ask about their experience and pain points with both the money and favour economy (e.g., de Hague's time banking community )

Milestone 2

• Develop a mobile app/web app with offline operations in mind
  • Progressive Web App based HTML/WebComponents/VanillaJS, packages and Android and iOS app with Tauri or Apache Cordova
  • Exchange ledger and pledged task with Wifi/Bluetooth
  • Cooperate with local communities, collect feedback from users of the app
• Conduct social experiments in cooperation with Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (game simulations with students)

Milestone 3

• Develop and provide a basic identity verification service to be used optionally along with the mobile application
• Develop and provide a basic ledger trustworthiness verification service to be used optionally along with the mobile application
• Develop a basic discovery service
